Arya Yuva Activity
Arya Yuva Activity was organized
to promote moral values among the
students on 30th Nov. The main objective
behind the activity is to instill in young minds an inclination towards social service and philanthropic activities.
Following activities were organized for classes IV,V and VI
1. Depiction of any one famous personality of Arya Samaj
or freedom fighter and mantra recitation.
2. Yogic Aahar

BOOK READING DAY
Books play an important
role in our life. Books are our best friends . They demand nothing from us. They give us plenty of joy. We
also learn a lot from them. They take us into a different world of
imagination.
Keeping this in mind, the school organized
LIBRARY DAY: DROP EVERYTHING AND READ on 27th
NOVEMBER 2015
Each and every child participated in the following activities after reading their choice of books for half an hour.

International Year Of Soil (2015-2016)

Year Of Soil
(2015-16)
The International Year of Soils, 2015 (IYS 2015) was declared by the Sixty-eighth session of the United
Nations General Assembly on
December 20th, 2013 after recognizing December 5th as World Soil Day. The
purpose of the IYS is to raise awareness worldwide of the importance of soils
for food security, agriculture, as well as in mitigation of climate change,
poverty alleviation, and sustainable development. A website, logo and
activities for The International Year of Soil have been planned by an
organization called The Global Soil Partnership. Agricultural and environmental
organizations around the world have planned local events to contribute to the
special year.
